Glass Inspector ® is an artificial vision system for quality control in the manufacturing of double glazed glass, tempered glass, laminated glass and photovoltaic glass.

Defects in flat glass such as origin defects (such as bubbles or inclusions) or production defects (such as stripes or stains) are problems that are detected when it is too late.

Glass Inspector ® is a system that conducts an online inspection of the glass pieces, detecting defects without interrupting production. With the information gathered we ensure that defective glass do not continue production process and in this way minimize costs linked to these defects.

Available for horizontal and vertical use.
