Building has reach the highest LED lighting standards, powered by Smart Control. Each workstation is created with the highest standard of illumination and regulated by personalized smart control, responsible for both indoors and outdoors lighting. It is worth mentioning that lower energy consumption, leading to a decreased C02 emissions for 32%, compared to average buildings.
In the S-7 IV building most of the facades units were the Hybrid type. Also, a single prefabricated façade system was used in this building. In addition, new types of new structural glazing elements with glued glass were introduced. KGCG project team implemented composite slabs to cover the bottom of the bridge. The total area of the facade reaches 6574 m2.
