Cladseal P-Fix is an elastomeric EPDM waterproofing membrane with a low water vapour transmission factor and an integrated EPDM profile along one side. The profile is designed to fit into a corresponding track in aluminium or PVC framework, making the product suitable for profiled façade, window and construction sealing systems. The membrane is used as a vapour control layer, façade waterproofing strip, damp proof course or similar sealing solution.

Important to know
Cladseal P-Fix is not a self-adhesive membrane. Its key feature is the integrated EPDM profile designed for fixing into an aluminium or PVC framework track. The frame system geometry, track compatibility and adjacent sealing or bonding components should be verified during project design and installation.
