A two-part silicone sealant for secondary sealing of insulating glass units.
DOWSIL™ 3362 is used as a secondary sealant in dual sealed insulating glass units. It is designed for residential and commercial insulating glass, including IG units with high UV exposure, specialty glass types, high heat or humidity conditions, cold climates and insulating glass units used in structural glazing.
DOWSIL™ 3362 provides outstanding adhesion to coated and reflective glass, aluminium and steel spacers, and a variety of plastics. It offers low water absorption, high mechanical properties, fast and non-corrosive cure, and resistance to UV radiation, ozone and temperatures from -50 °C to +150 °C.

Note
The sealant cannot be used for structural glazing of glass units onto a metal frame; Dow recommends DOWSIL™ 993 Structural Glazing Catalyst for that application. For structural glazing applications, special unit design should be reviewed by Dow technical service. Before use, adhesion and compatibility should be evaluated, and the manufacturer’s TDS and SDS documentation should be followed.
