PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KERAFIX Flexpress 100 is a flexible intumescent sealing material based on expandable graphite, designed for fire protection applications. The material starts reacting at temperatures as low as 140°C and expands up to 35 times its original volume when exposed to heat, forming a high-pressure insulating layer. This expansion effectively seals joints, gaps and penetrations, preventing the spread of fire and smoke in construction systems.

INSTALLATION
Apply to clean, dry and grease-free surfaces.
Cut to required dimensions and position within joints or profiles.
Ensure correct placement to allow full expansion during fire conditions.
STORAGE
Store in original packaging at 18–25°C, protected from moisture and sunlight.
