DOWSIL™ 776 Instantfix WB is a one-part, neutral-curing alkoxy silicone sealant / adhesive specifically developed for window and door bonding applications where immediate green strength and fast handling of bonded units are required. The product cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture, is low odour, elastic and suitable for both manual and automated application processes.
The adhesive provides fast strength build-up, low squeeze-out and primerless adhesion to common window and door substrates, including PVC, coated wood, glass and metal. DOWSIL™ 776 Instantfix WB is resistant to UV radiation, weathering and temperature effects, making it suitable for factory glazing, window and door assembly and professional window bonding processes.

LIMITATIONS AND SAFETY
The product is not intended for structural glazing applications in façades or for use as an insulating glass sealant. Do not expose it to, or place it in contact with, sealants that release acetic acid during cure. For automated bonding systems and project-specific applications, adhesion and compatibility testing should be carried out according to DOW technical recommendations.
