A two-part neutral-cure silicone sealant for structural glazing and automated glass-to-frame bonding.
DOWSIL™ 994 Ultra Fast Bonding Sealant is designed for structural glazing, window and door bonding, and automated production applications where a fast, durable and structurally capable bond is required. Its ultra-fast curing system enables window or panel units to be moved along the production line within a few minutes.
The sealant provides excellent primerless adhesion to a wide range of substrates, including PVC, wood, aluminium, coated, enameled and reflective glass, anodized and polyester paint-coated aluminium and stainless steel. Its odorless, non-corrosive cure is UV resistant and stable across a service temperature range from -50 °C to +150 °C.

Storage and packaging
- Base: 250 kg drums, usable life 14 months at or below 30 °C
- Curing Agent: 25 kg pails, usable life 12 months at or below 25 °C
- Lot matching of base and curing agent is not required
Note
Adhesion and compatibility testing must be carried out for each structural glazing or bonding project. Avoid contact with sealants that release acetic acid. Before use, the manufacturer’s TDS and SDS documentation should be followed.
