VIPRO-LF-320 protective coating for surfaces (spray-applied)
Designed for the protection of glass surfaces against welding sparks, scratches and environmental exposure during construction and installation.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
VIPRO is a temporary, weather-resistant protective coating for non-porous surfaces such as glass, aluminium and PVC.It forms a removable protective film that protects surfaces during production, transport and installation processes. The coating retains its properties and transparency for up to 6–12 months depending on environmental conditions. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Water-based, non-toxic and non-flammable in liquid form. The dried film is safe for users and the environment.

Application methods:
ROLLER:
Apply using a short-hair roller without excessive pressure. Apply two coats (allow the first layer to dry before applying the second).
SPRAY APPLICATION:
Recommended to use an airless sprayer (e.g. Wagner).
For air spraying:
Pressure: approx. 2500 psi (150 bar)

Important to know
Before application, the surface must be dry, clean and free from dirt, grease and contamination. The film must adhere properly to the entire surface without air bubbles, folds, creases or wrinkles, especially at the edges. Incorrect application may allow moisture or contamination to penetrate under the film, causing adhesive residue, surface discolouration or difficult film removal.
Storage
Store in the original packaging in dry and clean areas at +10 °C to +40 °C. Protect from direct sunlight, moisture, dust and chemical vapours. Maximum storage time is 6 months from the production date.
