TREMCO JS442 MF is a two-component polyurethane secondary sealant developed for insulating glass unit (IGU) production in accordance with EN 1279 requirements.
The sealant provides structural strength and long-term durability of the glass unit, working in combination with primary sealants such as butyl. Due to its elastic and highly adhesive properties, the material ensures reliable bonding between glass panes and spacer systems, while maintaining resistance to environmental stress and ageing.

APPLICATION
Mix components A and B according to specified ratio.

PERFORMANCE CONTEXT
In IGU systems, the polyurethane sealant acts as a structural layer, protecting the primary seal and ensuring resistance to mechanical stress, temperature changes and environmental exposure.

STORAGE
