An EPDM waterproofing membrane partly coated with sticky butyl tape for façade, window, door and building joint sealing.
Cladseal SA-Fix is an elastomeric waterproofing strip based on EPDM rubber with a low water vapour transmission factor, partly coated with sticky butyl tape. The product is used as a vapour control layer for façade waterproofing, damp proof course and similar building joint sealing applications. The membrane is supplied in black colour and has a textured surface on both sides for maximum adhesion.
Cladseal SA-Fix is intended for professional B2B façade, window, door and construction joint applications where an EPDM membrane with integrated butyl tape is required for easier positioning or fixing to the substrate. According to the manufacturer’s document, tape configurations include sticky tape on one edge, sticky tape on two edges, or sticky tape on two edges on different sides.

Important to know
Cladseal SA-Fix is not a fully self-adhesive membrane across the entire surface. Its key feature is the partial sticky butyl tape layer, which can be positioned on one edge, two edges or two edges on different sides depending on the selected configuration. The substrate type, joint geometry, tape position and adjacent sealing or bonding components should be verified during project design and installation.
