Cladseal SA-Fix is an elastomeric EPDM waterproofing membrane with a low water vapour transmission factor and a partial sticky butyl tape coating. The product is used as a vapour control layer, façade waterproofing strip, damp proof course or similar sealing solution. The black membrane has a textured surface on both sides for improved adhesion, while the integrated butyl tape helps simplify installation along selected edges.
