PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
DOWSIL™ 817 Mirror Adhesive is a one-component, neutral-curing high modulus silicone sealant / adhesive for internal bonding of mirrors, coated glass and metal panels onto various substrates. The product cures on exposure to atmospheric moisture, is non-corrosive, low odour and ready to use.
The adhesive provides good adhesion to mirror backings, glass, coated / reflective glass, metals and selected plastics. It is resistant to ozone, UV radiation and temperature effects, making it suitable for professional use in interior, construction and glazing applications. DOWSIL™ 817 is not recommended for structural glazing or insulating glass applications.

LIMITATIONS AND SAFETY
Do not use on substrates that may bleed oils, plasticisers or solvents, or in totally confined spaces. The product is not suitable for structural glazing, insulating glass applications, submerged applications or areas where food contact is likely.
