A flexible intumescent fire protection strip for fire-rated glazing, doors, windows, construction joints and technical openings.
KERAFIX® Flexlit is a flexible fire protection material designed for use in the construction industry. At approximately 350 °C, the material becomes intumescent and expands to multiple times its original volume, helping to prevent the spread of fire and smoke in various fire protection systems.
The product can be used in fire-rated glazing systems, door and window assemblies, around structural parts, pipes or cables, and for filling openings and cavities. KERAFIX® Flexlit is available without additional lamination or as an SK variant, self-adhesive on one side.

Important to know
Refer to the safety data sheet before use. The TDS states that the product contains aluminium silicate wool; dust formation should be avoided and suitable personal protective equipment should be used during handling.
Storage
Store in the original package at +18 °C to +25 °C and normal humidity 50–70 %. Protect against direct sunlight and UV light. Shelf life for the SK variant is 6–12 months from the delivery date.
