PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KERAFIX Flexpan 200 NG-G is an intumescent material based on expandable graphite, designed for standard fire protection applications.
When exposed to temperatures from approx. 200°C, the material expands up to 15–27 times its original volume, forming a pressurised insulating barrier that prevents the spread of fire and smoke. The material is moisture-resistant and suitable for use in a wide range of construction systems. Compared to high-pressure or early-reaction intumescent materials, Flexpan 200 NG-G provides balanced expansion and is optimised for standard fire protection applications.
