A one-part neutral curing silicone sealant for insulating glass production.
DOWSIL™ 3545 is designed for residential insulating glass applications as a secondary seal in dual-sealed IGU systems. It provides immediate high strength, enabling faster handling of sealed units during production.
The sealant offers good adhesion to glass and a wide range of spacers, including aluminium and stainless steel. Its neutral curing, non-corrosive, low odor formulation is resistant to UV, ozone and weathering, contains no solvents and no organic plasticizers that can cause fogging in the IG air space.

Note
Do not use for structural glazing applications in building façades. Avoid contact with sealants that release acetic acid. Before use, adhesion and compatibility should be evaluated, and the manufacturer’s TDS and SDS documentation should be followed.
